Have just installed a Nectre 15 with Highland Fires. A very professional outfit and their communication is outstanding. The real test of any business is when things go wrong - there were a few issues totally outside of their control (like crazy rain downpours!) and they made it their problem, not mine. Really easy to deal with and they are genuinely concerned about their customer's experience. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service by Fiona and team. Genuinely taken aback by the level of care. We had an old double backed fire setup in our home that we replaced with a Lacunza double sided fireplace. It was a complex setup but Fiona guided us through the whole process, answered all our questions, connected us up with all of the trades and installers, and called by to check on progress.
